Famous person canvas
This picture is a canvas we made last parcial. The person in the picture is known as the Joker, the villain from the movie Batman: The Dark Night. It was really difficult to draw and paint him. It was so difficult because he has so many facial expresions with lots of shadows in it. Also it was very difficult to decide what color to use, because I wanted to make the painting realistic so that it would bring fully other people`s atention.
I chose this character because he is my favorite villain, he caused a huge impact in the world. He was nominated for the Oscar awards for preforming the best villain character in a great movie. It is a shame that he couldn`t be present in the awards because he died suddendlydue to an overdose

Semanal sketch
This sketch shows a raindrop that is very happy and wants to give love to all the people in the world that needs it. It shows that rain can also be beautiful and happy, not neccesaraly represents sadness and chaos. The raindrop is present in every culture in the world, in many cultures or belief systems it represents prosperity because water, in this case a raindrop, is a symbol of new life.
I chose this drawing because as it says on the top "L.A.N" which means "Lourdes Alvarez Naranjo" that is the name of my mother who recently passed away to a better life in heaven. She used to draw it always because she saw good in everything in the world and it didn`t matter how small or big it was. She saw life in an optimistic way, she was always smiling no matter how hard life was on her or the people that she loved. This drawing will always remind me of her and the way she used to draw but mostly her way to see life and see goodness everywhere. Even though I really miss her everyday she will always be with me every step I take.

Drawing with letters
This painting shows Coca Cola written only with a bunch of letters, also how it doesn`t loose it's shape no matter how different you draw it, it will never loose it's real meaning. I used my favorite colors to elborate it , always having in mind it's background and it's shape. It gives it a fun style that not many people apply in their daily lives. It took me a lot of work because there are just so many letters and the drawing is so big, but in the end I think it was worth it. I really liked it when the drawing was finally finished.
I chose this bottle specifically because Coca Cola is my passion, is my favorite drink in the whole world. I know it's not that healthy but it just tastes so good. Also my father loves it so we always have it in our house and that makes me very happy because i love drinking it. Also Coca Cola makes a lot of people happy because everyone like it and share it with the people around them. That's why there are many good commercials about it, because Coca Cola has lots of fans around the whole globe.
